Handover Defect Inspections
We join you onsite to complete a thorough inspection of your new home, apartment or renovation before final settlement or handover. Our trained eye ensures all finishes, fixtures, and fittings are up to standard and aligned with what was promised in your contract.
Builder Defect Report Review
Post inspection we will independently review the builders defect report to ensure all key issues have been captured, identify any missed items and provide expert advice on proposed rectification.
Follow-Up Walks
We can return for a secondary inspection after defects have been rectified — ensuring quality has truly been restored and no new issues have appeared.
End of Defects Liability Inspection
We offer a final inspection before your builder's defect liability period ends, ensuring all issues are identified and addressed while you're still covered.
